Gate Segmented

Trend gate masking strips can be fitted within the opening, allowing a standard gate to be installed in a larger-sized opening. These structural elements are manufactured from hot-dip galvanised steel,
additionally coated with a protective varnish (standard – in white RAL 9016). At your request, the masking strips can be painted to match the garage door, giving it a harmonious external appearance.

45 mm thick panel – a guarantee of excellent thermal insulation.
The thermal transmittance coefficient of Classic doors is 1.0 m2 °C/W, which is comparable to the thermal insulation of a 60 cm thick brick wall. Such a door allows for annual savings on room heating.
Confirmed by studies at the Rosenheim Institute GmbH (Germany).

During heavy rainfall, water may collect next to the gate. The plastic base of the corner supports minimises the possibility of corrosion in high humidity conditions, ensuring the gate's attractive external appearance for a longer time.

Elastic seals made of frost-resistant EPDM are located around the perimeter. The top and side seal have two flaps. This significantly improves the tightness of the construction, and the air chamber between the flaps provides additional thermal insulation for the gate.
Classic doors offer the best airtightness – air permeability class 5 according to EN12426.

The spring mechanism compensates for the weight of the gate leaf, allowing even heavy gates to be easily opened and closed manually.

Springs calculated for 25,000 „lift-lower” cycles. This corresponds to a working life of 17 years, with daily openings occurring 4 times over the entire period.

In the Classic gates, there is provision for hidden mounting of corner supports and a cover strip – these parts are placed behind the opening. They are not in direct contact with the street and do not let cold into the room.
This guide rail system construction allows for a significant improvement in the thermal insulation properties of the doors.

Mounting behind the opening provides additional protection for corner supports against the effects of high humidity.

The torsion springs are fitted with ratchet couplings, which lock the curtain from falling in case of spring failure. The spring break protection system is standard equipment and ensures safe use.
The „ALUTECH” gates comply with European standards EN 12604, EN 12453, EN 12424, EN 12425, EN 12426.

The multi-layered coating of the panels and painted side mouldings guarantee high resistance of the gate leaf to corrosion.
The „ALUTECH” gate coating withstands 750 hours of „salt fog.” This corresponds to a period of 15 years of use in coastal areas. Confirmed by independent research.

Adjustable roller holders ensure a tight seal of the gate leaf against the weatherstripping. This protects against draughts and keeps the room warm.
Gate adjustment is possible during both installation and maintenance. Your gate will be energy-efficient for years to come.

Stainless steel roller brackets and intermediate hinges have good anti-corrosion properties. This guarantees reliable gate operation, even in rooms with increased humidity.
Stainless steel minor parts are included in the standard Classic gate set and are supplied at no extra cost.

Thanks to the use of rolling-bearing rollers, the gate moves smoothly and silently.
The „ALUTECH” rollers use sealed ball bearings, protected from dust and moisture. Such bearings do not require lubrication and ensure high reliability and longevity of the running gear.

Panel thickness – the basis of the gate's strength and resistance to wind loads.
4. class of wind resistance according to EN12424 — the gate withstands wind speeds of up to 120 km/h. This is confirmed by research at the Rosenheim GmbH Institute (Germany).
