Windows ALUMINIUM

System MB-45
System MB-45 It is primarily used for the production of internal fitments such as partition walls, windows, doors – including sliding, swinging, and automatic.
It forms the basis for special solutions – smoke-tight partitions and doors. It allows for the construction of external doors and glazing in situations where thermal insulation of the profiles is not required.
The system's characteristic feature is its close integration with window and door systems. MB-60 i MB-70. The MB-45 allows the use of glazing units with thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 35 mm in window sashes, and from 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door sashes.

System MB-60
MB-60 System Profile
they have a three-chamber structure.
Structural depth
window profiles are:
60 mm (door frame),
69 mm (wing),
and the doors are 60 mm and 60 mm respectively.
These adopted depths of the sash and frame profiles give the effect of a single plane on the outside when closed, in the case of windows, and the effect of flush surfaces of the sashes and frame, in the case of doors.
It is possible to bend profiles and construct arched windows.
A characteristic feature of the system is its close integration with the MB-45, MB-59S and MB-70 window and door systems.

Characteristics
The surface of aluminium window profiles can be finished using powder coating or anodising techniques.
Adopting such a design principle has enabled a range of compatible components to be achieved and used within these systems, for example, common glazing beads, corner pieces, sealing profiles, glazing and opening seals, common hardware, locks, and hinges.

System MB-70
MB-70 is a modern aluminium system for creating building elements such as windows, doors, vestibules, shop windows, and spatial structures.
The profiles have a three-chamber structure. Profiled thermal breaks in an omega shape, made of glass-fibre reinforced polyamide, have been used here. The offered shape of the thermal breaks increases the rigidity of the profiles compared to flat breaks and facilitates the drainage of the sections, thereby ensuring proper thermal insulation in all weather conditions. The MB-70 system allows the use of glazing units with thicknesses from 21 mm to 57 mm in window sashes and from 12 mm to 48 mm in fixed windows and door sashes. This wide range of infill thicknesses guarantees the possibility of using all standard and non-standard panes.

System MB-86
The MB-86 window and door system is a product with excellent parameters. It was the first aluminium window and door system in the world to incorporate aerogel – a material with excellent thermal insulation. When discussing this system, one cannot fail to mention the high strength of its profiles. MB-86 allows for the construction of large-sized and heavy structures. Panel doors can also be made based on the MB-86 system.

System MB-104 Passive
The MB-104 Passive window system with a thermal break provides very high insulation, meeting all the requirements for elements used in passive construction, as confirmed by certificates from the Passivhaus Institut Darmstadt. The system is used for creating external architectural features such as windows, draught lobbies, shopfronts, and all types of spatial structures. It offers not only very good thermal insulation but also acoustic insulation, and guarantees airtightness. The profile construction of the system comes in two versions, depending on thermal energy saving requirements: SI and AERO. The parameters of windows made from MB-104 Passive system elements exceed the requirements of current regulations and standards, making it a system designed for energy-efficient and passive construction.
