Assembly is the last and most important building element, as even the highest quality product can lose value if a professional approach to assembly is lacking.

We guarantee Professional installation in accordance with the previously agreed design.

We have with a modern machine park, which means the quality of our services is robust and technically smooth.

We also provide installation services for external roller shutters and roller doors using supplied materials for other companies, retail outlets, and similar institutions.

We also offer a service for dismantling shutters/gates, if such a service is necessary, for example, due to facade renovation such as building insulation.

Roller shutter and gate repairs
We modify poorly planned roller shutters/gates, or those that need to be installed in a different way than they currently are.

Cleaning roller blinds Teenage roller blinds, despite the user's efforts to keep them impeccably clean, may require thorough renovation.



For this purpose, we propose a general cleaning of the blinds at the client's premises + an option for a 4-stage cleaning of the armour, carried out at the Sector company headquarters:

  • Active foam – to soften dirt
  • Decontamination – removal of dirt with an APC
  • Shampoo with a wash – we are currently using Valetpro with a neutral pH here
  • Drying the armour – we dry with compressed air

Such a cosmetic treatment lasts at least 2-3 days depending on the number of shutters and the client's address.

NotesTo ensure the correct installation of roller blinds, we recommend sealing the box and guides from the outside with acrylic or silicone, which will positively impact the lifespan of the cord or strap.

Regarding window installation

Several mounting methods are currently used, described below to show the differences between them resulting from the use of different types of insulating materials. We do not wish to pass judgment here on which mounting is better, as it depends on many factors. Additionally, the average cost of the material purchase per 1 linear metre is provided. Please accept the given amount solely as an estimate for initial orientation regarding the costs to consider when deciding on a particular type of mounting. This is because the difference in the final price can even result from the depth of the mounted window.

Window installation in line with the opening

  • For polyurethane foam, which serves as thermal insulation. Cost = 1.4 PLN/linear metre
  • Using standard expanding tape, its features are: vapour permeability, water resistance, acoustic insulation and UV resistance. Cost = £2.70/linear metre
  • Expanding tape + polyurethane foam. Cost = 2.7 PLN + 0.7 PLN = 3.4 PLN/linear metre
  • Vapour barrier tapes + polyurethane foam, on the principle of: Airtight tape from the inside + polyurethane foam + vapour-permeable tape from the outside. Cost = £4 + £1.40 + £4 = £9.40/linear metre
  •  Multi-functional expansion tape, so-called 3-in-1. This is one tape that replaces the 3 materials described in example 4. This tape significantly shortens assembly time, is effective and convenient, especially when installing windows integrated with shutters. Cost = £16/linear metre
  • For installation outside the opening, in the so-called insulation zone: A load-bearing beam made of material with insulating and strength properties, which must take on the weight of the window, must also be used. It is installed using special adhesive and screws. Cost = approx. £76/linear metre for the beam itself + cost from point 4 or 5 + cost of adhesive, screws.

Of course, every type of window is installed using appropriate anchors and fixing screws, depending on the substrate.

Furthermore, each window can be further equipped with a so-called warm windowsill made of extruded polystyrene, which eliminates thermal bridges between the window and the windowsill. Cost = approx. £40/linear metre

An adequate installation service cost is naturally added to each system.

ORDER

If the situation requires it, meaning it's not a construction site but an occupied building, we bring a construction vacuum cleaner with us to maintain the same cleanliness and order as we found at the client's before installation.
